Aimed at military collectors and military vehicle enthusiasts this "militaria car bootee" gives everyone a chance to clear out all those surplus items and search for new bargains all on hard standing around the historic World War II buildings. Other attractions include various museums including the world famous Glenn Miller Museum along with catering & bar facilities (the official opening of the museums is the following weekend). Admission for buyers is only £1 and children under 14 are free and for sellers a car will be £5 and a van £10 | |||||

GLENN MILLER MUSEUMIncluding Twinwood Airfields other 1940s and WWII museums: The Aviation Archaeology museum, Fire Service Museum, Summer of ‘44 museum, Motor Transport Section, Home Front Museum, 1940s House, and Axis Museum. MUSEUMS ARE CLOSED OVER WINTER Open during 2008 - from April 26th to October 12th 2008 at Week-ends from 10.30am to 4pm Admission: Adults £3, children 16yrs & under free.
